There are so many people who give so much for us to be Free! Brad is always telling me Freedom comes with a cost. I want to thank all those families who sacrifice so much more than I do for our Freedom! It takes a special person to walk away from their families to do something for someone else. Thank goodness we have people that are willing to that for us and others. What would we ever do without them?

My darling husband would be so mad at me for doing this to him. Today, April 1, Brad left for the Middle East to help with the War on Terror. He will be gone a month. Brad has definitely had his share of deployments. We are lucky that this one is only a month. He will be doing many things over there. He can't tell me or he would have to kill me. I'm just the wife who knows nothing.
I am so thankful for Brad. He is such a Hero to me! Brad gives all that he has to us his family, to his job and his country. He is an amazing man who loves all that life has to offer. I love you babe!! God speed until we are together again.

Thanks for posting this Kim. Brad will get over the fact that you put him in the spot light...when it comes to you and his fam...he's a softie and a push over:) The last couple of months I have gained a stronger appreciation for veterans and servicemen. I too am extremely greatful for Brad and his willingness to sacrifice his time, talents, efforts, and life if need be, so that his family and country can continue to have the freedoms that are so easy to take for granted. Brad is a stud...and I'll always be proud of him!
